Sarah Kirwan, MSPA Communicating for Disability Inclusion

Disability isn't a Barrier.
  It's a Breakthrough.

Innovative, measurable strategies for disability inclusion and accessibility—empowering businesses that prioritize progress.

Sarah walked our organization through an entire realignment. She supported our leadership, provided excellent consultation, and helped us navigate the stressful growth of redefining our Mission, Vision, and Values. Her collective experience and energetic personality made the whole process enjoyable and effective. She helped us rebuild our organization's foundation in the best way possible.

Amanda Curaza, Executive Director at Operation Surf

Sarah and Eye Level have been amazing to collaborate with. Her Disability 101 training received such positive feedback that we decided to bring her back as a keynote speaker. For each occasion, she was able to customize the content to meet our staff training needs. She ALWAYS brings a wealth of knowledge to our employees, while keeping them engaged in the conversation.

Jason Wong, Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator at Carson City

Sarah’s work ethic is second to none and through her efforts she led our teams to successfully create a complete new business development roll out package for a new division that is targeted to have a significant impact on our organizational initiative growth for years to come. I could go on and on about Sarah, but you will see once you get involved with her that she’s the real deal!

The Eye Level Works Podcast

Connecting through Shared Experiences.

Did you know that 1 in 4 or a sobering 25% of women in the United States live with chronic conditions? Of these women, 60-70% are employed, but 30-40% face significant challenges maintaining consistent or full-time employment.

Hi. I’m Sarah Kirwan, the founder of Eye Level. I have Multiple Sclerosis or MS, a chronic, progressive neurological and autoimmune disease. I also have Superior Semicircular Canal Dehiscence or SSCD, a rare inner ear and vestibular disease affecting just one to two percent of the world’s population.

I created this podcast with my friend, colleague, and co-host Kristin Lindsley. It's a platform for women with chronic conditions to share their experiences, find and connect with a robust community, and educate the world about chronic conditions and their impact.
